What Support-O is

Support-O is a daily check-in app provided by I Called Twice LLC. It greets the person using it once a day, records whether they answered, and sends a text message to the contacts they entered if a morning goes unanswered.

What Support-O is not

Support-O is not a medical device, a medication service, a monitoring service or an emergency service, and it is not a substitute for care, for medical advice or for calling the emergency services. We cannot promise that any message will be sent or delivered: phones get switched off, batteries die, signal drops and services fail. Do not build a safety plan that depends on it.

Your medication list

Support-O only shows back what you entered. Keeping it correct and current is your responsibility, and an out-of-date list can be dangerous. Have your doctor check the list at every appointment.

The people you add

By adding somebody's phone number you confirm you have their permission to have Support-O text them. They receive one message telling them who added them and can reply STOP at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Support-O to send unwanted messages, to enter numbers you are not permitted to contact, or to attempt to disrupt the service.

Ending

You can delete everything at any time in the app, which erases the data on the phone and on our server. We may suspend accounts that are used to send unwanted messages.

Liability

Support-O is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, I Called Twice LLC is not liable for any loss arising from a message that was not sent, not delivered or not read, or from reliance on the app.
