Our server keeps only what it needs to text your family if a morning goes unanswered: your first name, your time zone, your morning time, how long to wait, your language, your contacts' names and numbers, and whether the button was pressed today. Support-O is fully translated into English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish and Greek, including the message your family receives, which is sent in the language the person using the app reads.
