Support-O was built for one reason: the worry is never really that something will happen. It is how long it might be before anybody knows.

A daily check-in is a small thing to ask of somebody living alone — one button, at a time they choose — and it gives the people who love them a simple rule: no news is good news. If the morning goes unanswered, they hear about it in minutes or hours rather than days.

Everything in the app is built around the person using it: large type, no accounts, no advertising, no tracking, and wording that never claims more than the app can know. Support-O reports one fact — the check-in was not answered — and leaves the judgement to the family.
